SHELBYVILLE, TN, APRIL 5, 2015-In a reveiw I wrote in December, I reviewed the newly opened Shelby Gyros, and at that time only rated them with 3.5 out of 5 stars.  We went back to check on the progress of Shelby Gyros this week, and they have had many improvements, the service was exceptional, the food was the best Greek that you can get for miles.  I have now decided that Shelby Gyros is a perfect 5 Stars!!!...
